This picatinny rail was optimized for precision and weight savings for hunters. The rail has a low profile to reduce the need for excessive check rest elevation and allows for a more comfortable and natural shooting position. The hardware is 6-48 screws for a standard Remington 700 action or clone. Elevation is flat at 0-MOA, Construction is from 6061 aluminum that has been Cerakoted for protection. I purposely didn't have the rail hard anodized to allow for better bite when mounting precision optics. Weight comes in at .84 ounces.
